Redesign
Consultation
One
Hour - $50
The
redesign process begins with a consultation. We will come to your
home to meet with you and discuss the concerns and goals you have
for the room that’s not working.
We’ll listen to your wishes and preferences and learn a
little about your lifestyle and how you live in your home. We will
evaluate the shape, size, function and traffic pattern of the room
and then make recommendations for a redesign plan. Fee is applied
toward a redesign based on this consultation.
Interior
Redesign $45
per hour (average room.4-5 hrs.)
On
the day of the Redesign, we come to your home and begin the
transformation, while you go to work, or out to lunch and
shopping. We completely empty your room of all but the largest or
heaviest items. That allows us to look at the room’s
architecture and shape and determine the focal point.
We may “shop” your home for other items that could,
with your permission, be used to complete the redesigned room.
Then we work to find the best placement of your furniture and
lighting. Finally we creatively arrange your decorative accessories
and hang the wall décor. When you come back after a few hours,
your room is revealed to you-- transformed and looking beautiful.

Real
Estate Staging® Consultation
One
to Two Hours - $75
This
consultation involves a complete walkthrough of the home with an
impartial eye and a candid approach. As a homeowner, it’s hard
to be objective about the look, feel and condition of your home.
Buyers must be able to envision themselves living there. The
overall look of the home must be attractive and inviting to a
majority of the people viewing it.
Spotless, open and inviting, clutter free spaces can do
that. A checklist of suggested changes and improvements is
completed and left with the homeowner.
These
improvements may include repairs, cleaning, painting, replacing
carpet, de-cluttering, and de-personalizing.
Real Estate Staging®--Major living areas
$35 per hour (6-8 hr average)
Furniture
and decorative accessories will be edited and arranged to provide
an open, inviting look and feel to the room. The most appropriate
items are displayed and the rest is put away. This gives the
homeowner a head start on packing. The objective is to transform a
home into an environment that allows the buyers to easily picture
themselves living there. Remember, you’re
selling your home not your things. Fees may vary depending on what
needs to be done or how much the homeowner wants to do.

pricing is available for multiple rooms.
Move
In Service $50
per hr
After
meeting with you and reviewing your furniture, we discuss the
placement in your new home. We return on moving day to direct the
movers in the furniture placement. After you have unpacked your
accessories, we return the next day to complete the room.
Shopping
Service $35
per hr
